Mindfulness Meditation

Half our days are dreaming; not paying attention to reality.  The meditation teacher, 35+ years practice, guides students to be aware continuously.  Especially who say, “I tried but I can’t meditate”!  We relax the body, calm the mind, note breath, senses, thought and feelings.  Learn to distinguish reality from daydreaming.  The student that practices daily reacts less, lets go old for new, opens heart, innate connections revealed, experience flow and synchronicity.  The gift of life!
